FAQ
What counts as a record?
Any row created in a module's data table, such as a document, a task, an incident, or a contact. Records are counted per module, not across your whole workspace.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, new limits take effect immediately. When you downgrade, existing data is not deleted.
What is an on-premises install?
Enterprise customers can run Crudy entirely on their own infrastructure, whether bare metal, private cloud, or air-gapped environments. We provide the Docker images and migration tooling; you own the deployment.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Contact us and we will spin up a Pro workspace for 30 days at no cost.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Creation of new records or users is blocked with a clear error. Existing data is never deleted. Upgrade to continue creating.
